Can we have a section where people can post images of their own cars on this site, and where visitors can put their cars on to,it might cause more interest in the Club and the website.Cheer's Andy

Good idea Andy though, being a free forum, we are a bit limited for space so to post your car pics they need to be hosted somewhere else first. If you've already got pics of your car on the net them its simple to link to them.

a) Open the picture of your car on whatever site its on.
b) Copy the website address (in the address bar above the main screen)
c) Click the img button above the message you're posting (this button will then change to img*)
d) Paste the website address
e) Click the img* button

If your pictures aren't already on t'internet you can host them on lots of free sites like www.photobucket.com. When you've uploaded your pics you can link to them using the method above.

I'll start by posting my G27 below.

Cheers, Tony

No you haven't broken it.....You pasted the address of the forum page instead of the address of the picture.

Open up the forum page where the picture is and click the photo of the cars. This will open up a new windown with just the photo in. Thats the address you need to put between the [img] and [/img] tags.

If you want to put more than one picture in you need to put each picture address between its own [img] tags

You dont have to put a new post up. You should be able to edit the old one.

Cheers, Tony

Hi all, this is my baby and it is ready to go back on the road after an engine rebuild. I am looking to get some short term insurance so I can run it for thje next 3 months before it gets wrapped up and tucked away again. Should be on the road around the 14th all being well. Off to goodwood this weekend for my fix then back to get it MOT'd and out on the open road again. Earlier than I expected hence the short term ins, probably have to pay the full year as usual though. Good to see the cars at the Corus Gala, nice mix and looks like a fun crowd.
Will be seeing you soon no doubt,
